Artificial Intelligence at Axonify

As you probably know AI has been at the core of our platform for more than 10 years. In 2012, we were the first to deliver adaptive learning. In 2018, we were the first learning platform to measure the impact of learning. In 2021, we launched the industry’s first micro-content generator with Content Assistant.

But we’re just getting started.

How? Max uses generative AI to understand what the user is looking for and then searches all the available resources in Discover for relevant information and facts. Then, using the world’s most powerful LLM (large language model), composes a concise answer back to the person, in real-time. Should these bananas come off the shelf? Can I wear jeans to work? What should I do if I witness a theft? Max will tell you.

Creating better communication, transparency and efficiency between frontline workers and employers is at the heart of everything we do, and our most recent advancements with generative AI remove complex knowledge barriers and communication frustrations for frontline workers.

Max supports more than 60 languages, which means diverse frontline workforces can ask and get responses from Max in their preferred language, removing friction and confusion for workers who may need translation support.

Max is available for the Early Adopter Program (EAP) this July, and is going to launch in Fall 2023. And that’s just the beginning. We’re committed to continue innovating with AI to solve frontline problems and help employees learn, connect and get things done.

Axonify has integrated AI into its core platform since 2018. AI powers Content Assistant and Axonify Impact, while machine learning has been the foundation of our adaptive algorithm from day one.
