Are your bags packed? 🧳 Counting down to Axonify Community Days! 📍

It’s been a while since we’ve had the chance to hang out in person. Let’s fix that! 😁

I'm off to Atlanta and Toronto with the Axonify team for Community Days! Sure, we can run webinars on Zoom, swap ideas on Teams, and try to figure out why anyone’s still using Webex. But tech can’t match the energy of getting together in person - breaking down obstacles with peers, engaging in deep conversations, and leaving office distractions (and demanding stakeholders) behind for a bit.

Together, we’ll tackle some of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the frontline workforce:

💡 How are orgs using AI to advance their people practices?
💡 What’s standing in the way of frontline managers, and how can we help?
💡 How can we streamline communication and revamp onboarding for real impact?

Expect creative insights, proven practices, and LOTS of Axonify fun! Be sure to pack your ideas, questions and passion for enabling your frontline teams. 👍

How do you plan to make the most of Community Days? Drop your thoughts below! 👇

Haven’t signed up yet? Head to the Axonify Community Days page now for details! 🚀

I’ll see you in Atlanta (June 3-4) and Toronto (September 22-23)! 👋 Be well. JD

  • I plan to take a ton of notes, listen, ask questions, meet new friends and have an amazing time networking with everyone.

  • Keshier Randolph That's a solid agenda! Every time I attend an event, my most valuable takeaways come from hallway conversations. That's not to say the sessions don't provide great information too, but connecting with people who are facing similar challenges and finding creative ways to solve problems is always a highlight.
