Mixed Community cleanup in Discover is due April 30, 2025!

Here’s a friendly–but important–reminder that if you use Axonify Communications, your “mixed Communities” (Communities that have both posts and articles enabled) within Discover need to be cleaned up by April 30, 2025. In case you forget what the cleanup steps are, you can check out this help center article!

Why is April 30, 2025 the deadline for your cleanup? On April 30, Channels are coming to Axonify Communications and bring a whole new world of invaluable knowledge sharing, group engagement and feedback collection for you, your managers and your frontline teams!

But, if you don’t complete your cleanup by April 30, 2025, all posts from your mixed Communities will disappear! By doing the cleanup, you’ll have a great transition to Channels and not lose any valuable posts.

Already done or are on track with your cleanup? CONGRATS! You can just sit back and relax until April 30 gets here!

And, if you aren’t a Communications customer, then there’s no required cleanup! You, too, can just sit back until April 30 arrives! You’ll then enjoy some helpful changes to Discover–your go-to resource repository–that will make it easier for you, your managers and your frontline to navigate articles.
