All-new Channels for next-level frontline engagement!
Hello Axonify Community!
Spring has sprung and so have Channels!
Channels—the newest addition to Axonify Communications—provide a centralized conversation hub that solves the challenge of disconnected frontline teams by enabling real-time knowledge sharing, group engagement and feedback collection. By empowering your frontline with this social media-like connection, you can gather insights and sentiment that can improve operational processes and foster a thriving culture.
Channels have intuitive features that feel like your usual social media experience and keep collaboration and engagement approachable for your frontline:

Plus, since all of your HQ-managed communications are already happening on Timeline, there’s a new Channels tab there to keep it easy for your frontline to stay connected:

Another important aspect of Channels is personalized notifications! This means that in the notification center at the top right of Axonify, your frontline will only get notifications about Channel updates that are relevant to them so that updates stay meaningful:

Here are some Channel topic ideas to fuel your next group collaboration:
- “Visual Merchandising Inspiration" — Ask teams/locations to share photos and ideas of their creative displays, seasonal themes and product placement.
- "Employee Recognition & Shout-Outs" — Managers and peers publicly acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions across their teams.
- “Product Recalls” — Post product recall and procedure information. Follow-up questions and procedure confirmation can be shared in a comment thread.
- "Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting" — An open floor to ask questions and offer solutions for challenging maintenance procedures and troubleshooting tips, including linking to relevant Discover articles.
- "Process Improvement & Innovation Hub" — Anyone can post their ideas for streamlining workflows, reducing waste and improving product quality.
- "Promotion Spotlight" — Anyone can post with their on-the-ground experiences and observed customer sentiment around the latest promotions.
Not only do Channels provide your frontline with an easy-to-use outlet to connect with one another across all shifts and locations, but you’ll also gain invaluable insights from your frontline to shape and elevate your operational and cultural strategies.
