JD here - and I'm psyched about the potential for AI on the frontline! From content creation and translation to personalization and on-demand support, AI is already transforming how the frontline learns and performs.
But with any change comes challenges. In conversations with members of the Axonify community, I've heard about lingering concerns around issues like data security and the reliability of information. Plus, with so much going on, many organizations are struggling to advance their own AI knowledge and determine where this technology can make the greatest impact

Hi JD! Late to the party here, but YES absolutely, Heritage Communities is well on its path to applying AI across our organization. We have hired an outside consultant who met with each of our departments, identifying project ideas that would potentially improve our operational processes and efficiencies. While we are very much still in the discovery phase and are currently looking at prioritization of those identified efforts, the lens is a lot less blurry than it was even 3 months ago! I am sorry I missed the live session, but I plan to watch the recording next.
It's never too late to share, Debbie Petru! 👍 It's great to hear that Heritage Communities is taking a systemic approach to AI adoption. Rather than letting employees try to figure out how to improve their own workflows (while still trying to get the job done), I'd like to see more organizations prioritize where technology can make the biggest impact - and leverage expertise to help guide the way.
