Is there a way to see when a topic or module was last accessed by a user?

We are working to do an overhaul as regular maintenance of our material was not a priority until recently. We are looking to remove material that is irrelevant so that we can focus on areas where we can make the most improvements. However, I am struggling to create a report that will tell me about the activity for different categories, subjects, and topics. How do I find out what our most and least popular learnings are?

  • Hi Jen, thanks for your question! As a starting point, you can use the Topic Progress report (in AdminZone > Reports) to analyze how users are progressing with your current content. Another helpful article to consider may be Content Maintenance.

    For more detailed data on when a user last accessed a module, you can use the Training Assignments scheduled data export (AdminZone > Exports > Scheduled Data Exports), and including the data point: 'Last Updated Date' which tracks when the user's training record was last updated.
